1. Event Date and Time:

The event will be held on 27th October 2024, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. All participants and vendors must adhere to the event schedule.

2. Stall Booking:

All stalls must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Once booked, stalls are non-refundable but transferable.

3. Setup and Dismantling:

Vendors are allowed to set up stalls starting from 12:00 PM on the day of the event.
All stalls must be dismantled by 11:30 PM.
Stall owners are responsible for setting up and maintaining their stalls.

4. Vendor Responsibilities:

– Vendors must ensure that their products or services comply with local laws and regulations.
– Vendors are responsible for their stall’s safety and cleanliness during the event.
– The Wonder Kids Carnival reserves the right to remove any vendor displaying inappropriate or harmful products.

5. Prohibited Items:

No illegal, hazardous, or inappropriate items or substances are allowed on the premises. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event.

6. Participation Gifts:

All participants will receive a participation gift. This offer is limited to availability and is subject to change without prior notice.

7. Mehendi Cone Distribution:

Free Mehendi cones will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability.

8. Rides and Entertainment:

The event will feature 25+ rides and various entertainment options, including live songs, magic shows, and mimicry shows.

All rides and attractions are subject to safety regulations, and participants must follow staff instructions.

9. Liability:

Wonder Kids is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
Participants and vendors assume full responsibility for any incidents that occur at their stalls or during their participation in activities.

10. Code of Conduct:

All attendees, vendors, and participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
Aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

11. Changes to Event:

Wonder Kids reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including but not limited to timings, activities, and entertainment.
